Manifesting With EFT

EFT is a really great tool for helping us get clear and organized on not only our emotional state, but with our dreams as well.

I talk to a lot of people about manifesting, especially when I am conducting guided meditation sessions because they are using the visualization process to bring their desires to the surface and see them coming to fruition.

But EFT can work just as effectively, and today I want to talk to you about how you can use it to manifest.

Most of the time, our dreams and desires consist of more than just a few things on a "list". They are often long term goals that look more like:

  • Travel the world
  • Marry the love of my life
  • Make millions of dollars
  • Publish a book
  • Own my own business
  • Have the perfect body

…and so on.

These are great to write down, having dreams and aspirations are what give us our drive in life. The idea that we can achieve the "impossible" is certainly what keeps most of us going.

However, if we don't dig deep into any potential blocks that may be hindering us, then our desires are unlikely to happen as quickly or completely as we'd like.

There is SO MUCH information out there with lots of buzz words where people are telling you to; "get in alignment", "Raise your vibes", "use The Secret", "practice Law of Attraction." - And I'm here to tell you, those things do work, but what if you don't know HOW to make them work, or what they even mean? For a long, long time I didn't know HOW to get into alignment or raise my vibes, or what the hell that even meant. So, if you're feeling that way, you are NOT alone.

But I will say, that you are wasting your time if you do not know how to do those basic steps.

Alignment isn't just on the surface, it's not a conscious alignment. You have to be aligned on ALL LEVELS, and you need to address all of your "what ifs", "buts" and issues fully.

When you do that, you get out of your own way and can make things happen without those patterns of self-sabotage that are all too familiar.

Being in alignment is KNOWING, TRUSTING and BELIEVING that you're whole existence is ONE with the Universe and you are fully co-creating with your higher self. I can go a lot deeper into that, but feel free to message me if you want to, today I'm keeping this article semi short.

So, the more issues you address, and the more you let go of, the more you are in alignment. If you need more help than you believe you are capable of, then you can schedule a private EFT session with me so that we can get to the bottom of your underlying core issues.

Step 1: Write down your dream, desire, or goal.

You can make this very specific like: I want to start my own business.

A more general goal: I want to bring peace to my relationship with my Dad.

Or it can be stated more as a vision: I’d like to create dramatic social change during my lifetime.

With this process, you should not worry about getting it right. Whatever language pops up in your head first, that’s the right language. Just make sure that you DO write it down.

Step 2: Write down your immediate gut reaction when you read that goal

How does it make you FEEL?

Are you 1000% in alignment with it?

How does your body respond to reading it?

For example, you might feel and write down, “I feel really uncomfortable when I read this, I’m excited, I’m anxious, I feel silly, I think I might throw up.....”

Be specific in your notes and be sure to use the SUD scale by giving it a feeling of 0-10 rating.

So if you’re feeling silly as you read the goal, write down, “I’m feeling silly” and then put a number of its intensity next to it. “6” for example.

You can write down more than one emotion or feeling. Be as specific as possible.

Do you feel tension in your throat? Write that down. Do you feel an electric type response in your stomach? Write that down.

Are you slightly nauseous? Write that down.

.

Step 3: Write down what other people would say about your goal if you shared it with them

Friends, family members, society, co-workers, stranger on the street, etc.

Whatever pops in your head first, write that down.

So, if you think about sharing your dream with your sibling, and you picture them saying something like, “That’s a really dumb idea…” then write that down, PLUS how you FEEL about her thoughts.

Be specific and give it a number of intensity, as described above.

.

Step 4: Write down YOUR beliefs about the goal

For example, “Part of me thinks this is absolutey impossible… I’ve never been able to do this before… Who am I to think I can achieve this…?”

Note the feelings this brings up and write those down as well.

Be specific and assign them a number of emotional intensity.

.

Step 5: Systematically tap OUT all of this RESISTANCE and tap IN, positive feelings & expectations!

Go through each item that brought up an emotional response, and tap on it until you bring the feelings around it down to “0” or a low number.

Be sure to keep notes of anything else that comes up through the process. Write them down. This is why having a Personal Peace Procedure is so important.

You may not be able to do this in one session, so take your time with it. I recommend working on 3 things EVERY day for 1 month.

When you have tapped through all the issues (and make sure to keep digging for more hidden ones), you’ve then cleared the way for your goal to become a reality!
